The TAC will pay compensation to a person who is injured as a result of a transport accident.
In this policy, injury refers to physical or mental injury suffered by a person as a direct result of the transport accident.
The TAC does not consider who was at fault in the transport accident when determining whether a person is eligible for TAC compensation.

The EAF is available to eligible people with disability who are about to start a job, are self-employed or who are currently working. It is also available to people with disability who need Auslan assistance or special work equipment to look for and prepare for a job.
